Came across this coffee bar in Adelaide recently, called Un Caffé Bar. Besides me liking the taste of illy coffee, it was a simple layout designed for only one thing. Coffee. They have a few bars in Adelaide. I think melbourne could do with some of these as well.
RE: Un Caffe Bars in Adelaide – there are a couple of outlets in Melb now. One on Little Collins st (between Elizabeth and Queen) and another at Melb Central.
I have yet to try them, but for the best Illy Espresso I have found in Melbourne, head to Cafe Doppio in Collins St, Melbourne CBD.
I’ll give Un Caffe in Melbourne a go some time soon.
